In additional to providing capital, Kasper Tax Credit Finance offers the following advisory services for your tax credit development:
- Review all sources and uses of funds to verify the feasibility of the development.
- Analyze the projected development costs in order to maximize tax credit proceeds by increasing the Qualified Rehabilitation Expenses.
- Prepare all partnership documentation on behalf of the tax credit investor. We can structure the transaction for limited partnerships or limited liability companies.
- Select and negotiate with the tax credit investor for the highest price and best terms for your tax credit transaction.
- Advise and consult with construction and permanent debt lenders and explain the flow of funds during the tax credit process.
- Assist with the preparation of various state tax credit applications and with the National Park Service. Our understanding of the myriad eligibility requirements and restrictions from state to state is unmatched.
- Choose and work with an accounting firm skilled in tax credits to complete the cost certification, which is required by the tax credit investor and by many state tax credit allocating agencies.
